Where do I send Policy Changes and Cancellation Requests after my coverage has been issued?

All changes and cancellation requests must be in writing to our office. After your request is received, it will be reviewed and you will be notified in writing of the status of your request.

If you applied for a Secure STM, Secure 12x3 STM, Secure Lite, RX Pay Card or Secure Dental One plan, please send all requests via email to newpolicyservices@ihcgroup.com or fax it to 1-815-633-0277.

If you applied for a Security Life of America Dental Plan or International Plan , please send all requests via email to newpolicyservices@ihcgroup.com or fax it to 1-815-633-0277.
